The Aigantighe Art Gallery was transformed in the old Italian city of Messina at the weekend as Timaru’s annual Summer Shakespeare returned.

Reporter Connor Haley went along to capture the mischievous fun of Aidan Theatre’s adaptation of Much Ado About Nothing.

Four more performances of the Shakespearean comedy will be held from Friday to Sunday this week.

Tickets can be purchased for a koha donation on the humantix website or on arrival.
