The sun was shining as Timaruvians lined Stafford St for the annual Primeport Timaru Santa Parade on Sunday. Reporter Connor Haley captured the festive fun.

It is not a parade without the South Canterbury Highland Pipe Band, (from left) Wiremu Dean-Kouta Tekoronga, Jett Whyte and Tiffany Gilchrist.
Aorangi Vet Services were awarded the top prize for their Whoville-inspired float.
The Purveyors of Ominous Productions showed off a special machine from their upcoming Christmas pantomime production.
The Timaru District Council float was a treat for the eyes.
Olaf the snowman was spreading some Christmas cheer as part of the South Canterbury Plunket float.
The Grinch also made another appearance in the parade, popping out of a bin, like a certain other furry green character.
