South Canterbury Rugby’s men and women in the middle celebrated their 125th jubilee at the weekend.

Over the course of the weekend more than 50 current and past members, associates and supporters of the South Canterbury Rugby Referees Association (SCRRA) met at Fraser Park to celebrate the milestone.

A formal reception, meet and greet and centurion capping ceremony was held on Good Friday.

The jubilee concluded with a dinner on Saturday afternoon with former head of the International Rugby Board’s Referee Board and current HP Sevens referee manager Paddy O’Brien as the guest speaker.
