Despite Sunday’s chilling temperatures, spectators braved the wind to check out The Timaru Holden and Falcon Fairlane Club All Australian Car display and support the Westpac Helicopter Trust. Reporter Connor Haley went to see what classic and modern vehicles were on display.

Classic cars . . . A 1951 Holden Utility and a 1959 Holden FC on display.
Aussie-made . . . A 1971 Chrysler Valiant and 2018 Holden Commodore turn heads.
Iconic . . . A 1979 Holden Sunbird/Torana was a highlight of the display.
Counting cars . . . Hundreds of Aussie-made vehicles were on display at Caroline Bay on Sunday.
Fabulous Fords . . . Spectators were able to vote for their favourite vehicle.
Old school . . . This 1979 Holden Iton sports the classic Ministry of Transport logo.
Smoke show . . . A 1970 Ford Falcon prepares to depart the event.
