Arowhenua Whānau Services (AWS) held a community wānanga (forum) in Temuka last Wednesday, hosting stalls across a range of topics. Resident creatives had their work on display while subsets of AWS had stalls on mental health, smoking cessation, winter health and supporting children. Environment Canterbury and Fire and Emergency NZ also had a presence. Courier reporter Greta Yeoman popped along to Temuka’s town square to check it out.
