There is another new case of Covid-19 in South Canterbury.
The South Canterbury District Health Board has confirmed one new case in the area, bringing the total to 12.
This includes eleven confirmed case and one probable. Eleven of the cases are either travel-related or close contacts of confirmed cases. One case is still being investigated.
The 12th case is a female in her 30s, who is a close contact of a confirmed case. She is recovering at home in self-isolation.
Seven people have recovered and one person is in a critical condition in the Timaru Hospital Covid-19 ward.
