Stan Walker, Tiki Taane, Sticky Fingers’ Dylan Frost and Theia are among the artists set to perform at Soundsplash in Timaru this January.
The music festival, which has been held in Raglan for 15 years, will expand to Caroline Bay this summer.
Stan Walker, now touring New Zealand in support of a recent EP, is one of the Kiwi stars set to perform at the two-night festival.
He will be joined by Always on My Mind songwriter Tiki Taane, and Dylan Frost, of Sticky Fingers, whose band has been a repeat performer at Soundsplash in Raglan.
Walker, Taane and Christchurch-born pop artist Theia are performing only at the Timaru festival, which will run from January 17-19.
The South Island event, which will run at the same time as the North Island festival, will include camping spots right by the beach, organisers say.
Kiwi pop star Mitch James, Sons of Zion, Montell2099 and Written By Wolves are also part of the line-up.
Rising stars The Butlers – who opened for the joint Black Seeds/Katchafire gig at the Soundshell earlier this year – are also set to hit the stage, as well Rei, Sachi and newcomers Poetik, and Chaii.
